Print and Attach Label
Generate your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it firmly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your tracking receipt until your refund or exchange has been confirmed.
